Late October and early November JCAA hosted their annual plein air exhibition at Art 634.  Renown Pastel Society of America Artist Ed Kennedy served as juror.  Fellow artist and good friend Kelley Shirkey was awarded first place! My pastel painting Harvest Poetry XXXIII was awarded second place.  Additionally, my pastel painting Barn Poetry LXXIX was voted Peoples Choice.
